How long until my beer arrives?

We know that anticipation is part of the fun! We are a small, passionate team, and we personally pack every single box with extreme care. We know how precious these bottles are.

Where do you ship?

This is the question we get most, and honestly, it's the most complicated one for us. Shipping craft beer is a maze of individual regulations that change all the time.

Right now, we ship to most countries in the continental Europe. The absolute best way to know for sure is to begin the checkout process. Our system will confirm if we can ship to your specific address before you pay. We are always working to expand our reach, and we appreciate your understanding.

The beer I want is sold out! Will you get more?

Ah, that's the beautiful, tragic part of the small batch world! Many of our finds are truly limited releases. When we say "small batch," we mean it. Once the brewer's batch is gone, it's often gone forever. This is exactly why we hunt so hard for these gems.

Your best bet? Join our email list. We always give our subscribers first notice before a rare drop goes public. That's how you get the inside track.

I'm new to craft beer. Can you help me choose?

Absolutely! This is genuinely our favorite thing to do. We love playing matchmaker.

Think of us as your personal beer guides. The best way to start is to send us a quick message through our contact page. Tell us what you usually drink (even if it's not beer... a specific wine, a cocktail?) and what flavors you know you love. One of our team members will personally get back to you with a few handpicked recommendations to start your journey.

Help! My box arrived, and a bottle is broken (or it's the wrong beer).

Oh no. That is the absolute worst feeling, and we are so, so sorry. We pack our boxes to survive just about anything, but sometimes the shipping journey is rougher than expected.

Please don't worry. We will make this right. Period.

Just snap a quick photo of the damage (or the wrong item) and email it to us at info@hopology.nl with your order number. We'll get back to you immediately and sort it out.

What is your return policy?

Because beer is a perishable food product, we legally cannot accept returns on it.

However, your experience is everything to us. If you genuinely did not enjoy a beer, please email us! We want to hear about it. We can't promise a refund, but we can promise to listen, understand your palate, and help you find something you'll truly love next time.

For our non-beer items, like our artisan glassware or apparel, if it's unused and in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days. Just send us a note first so we know to expect it.
